“This figurative sculpture was made with nerikomi technique. On the one hand the differently coloured clays give the sculpture’s unique texture, on the other hand the flat plane turning into a three dimensional space, therefore allowing us to look the artwork from different viewpoints and see different aspects. This is my interpretation of nerikomi technique in my statuettes.”
